This year, the Class of 2000 pays homage to Hawai'i’s locally grown foods. Using ingredients available from local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen we offer the following menu: Smoked Meat Lū'au (a variation on the traditional lu'au stew) served over sliced seasonal Kalo or 'Uala with a bed of fresh Hō‘i‘o (Fern) & ‘ōpae salad.

Contact Tati directly if you can help (mstati808@gmail.com or call 808-783-4432) We need help with chopping everything Wednesday afternoon/evening. We need to be fully set up by 10:00am on Thursday. So, the sooner we can get everything done, the more rest we can get! We will be prepping at Tati's home in Kapolei on Wednesday, 6/3/15. There are a lot things to chop – onions, tomatoes, hō‘i‘o, kalo, etc. We also have to boil down the lū‘au leaves and cook the kalo. So, the more hands, knives, and chopping boards we get, the more productive we can be! Contact Tati directly for more information.
